2019 over 100 abstracts of exceptional quality are submitted for presentation at the PIBD Symposium. Delegates at the previous PIBD Symposium enjoyed fascinating sessions on a huge range of topics. Networking sessions around the poster display are a great aspect of the meeting. Submitting an abstract for the 6^th INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON PAEDIATRIC INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE provides a great opportunity for your work to be viewed by peers and experts from all over the world.

 After your submission

• After successful submission of your abstract, you and all indicated authors of your abstract will receive an automatic submission confirmation by email.
  
  
• The reviewers will judge the abstracts according to the relevance to PIBD 2022. They will assess the standard of English, objectivity of statements, description of the work, suitability of methods to aims, conclusions confirmed by objective results, ethics, scientific value, potential clinical value, originality of work and overall impression.
  
  
• The submitting author will be notified from 04 July 2022 onwards whether the abstract has been accepted. Notifications will be sent via email to the email address of the abstract submitter provided (corresponding author) during the online submission. It is the authors’ responsibility to ensure that emails from PIBD and from the submission tool (abstractserver.com) can reach them. Within the notification authors will be informed of the date, time and form of their presentation.

Publication Policy

All accepted abstracts will definitively be published in digital format. All abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in digital format on the congess website. The abstracts for the 6^th PIBD Symposium will also be published as abstract book in the Journal of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition (JPGN).
